Performance Management

MPG will undertake performance review awareness training with all staff and more detailed training with supervisors. We will then sit in with all supervisors as they conduct one or more real performance review interviews. This approach builds confidence in the process with staff and helps supervisors to be more confident in carrying out interviews. We will also work with HR staff to ensure that a system is in place to manage the ongoing conduct of performance reviews and particularly in ensuring there is follow up on agreed actions, the feedback loop is closed and reviews are kept up to date.
