Mead Perry Group provide a service to facilitate performance reviews of Chief Executive Officers by the Mayor and Councillors. These are conducted in line with Council requirements and generally involve engaging with the Councillors and the Mayor to establish positives with CEO’s performance to be reinforced and matters that Council would like to see improved or addressed. We also establish positives and issues from the CEO’s point of view. This information is presented to the Mayor and the matters to be raised at the review interview are settled. We will then facilitate the formal review interview, draft a revised performance agreement and action plan if required and prepare a report on the process for presentation to Council.
