Specific Chief Executive Officer Performance Review
Mead Perry Group are regularly involved in the facilitation of performance reviews for Chief Executive Officers on behalf of Council.
The process is generally as follows:
In Our Office
Mead Perry Group will review of the contract of the Chief Executive Officer, together with existing performance agreement and arrange for a suitable time for the review to be undertaken with the Chief Executive Officer, Council and the Mayor.
On Site
The Chief Executive Officer is interviewed by Mead Perry Group to determine issues and needs, etc.
The Mayor and Councillors are interviewed also to determine issues, needs and positive feedback.
The Performance Review is then facilitated, generally with the Mayor and Chief Executive Officer, where a report on the summary of findings is presented by Mead Perry Group.
In Our Office
A report is prepared on the proceedings and outcome of the Performance Review, together with a performance agreement and action plan.
