Business process improvement/change management

Mead Perry Group, in addressing a need for change or looking to improve performance in a particular area, will follow a Business Process Review methodology. This involves the facilitation of a structured cross organisational group which is facilitated through a process to establish the current state (process mapping) and analyse its effectiveness. The second step is to establish a vision for the activity and how it would operate in ideal circumstances. Finally we work with the group to establish an action plan to move from the current state to achieve the identified vision.
In addition to the establishment of an action plan this type of exercise has significant benefits to staff and the organisation in that it;
