Mead Perry have been commissioned to undertake Training Needs Analysis for a number of Councils which involves a review, analysis and report on the training and development needs of a particular Council and identification of appropriate training and development programs and providers able to meet those needs.
The aim of Mead Perry Group is to establish a basis for the development of an effective training and development program to. In order to achieve this, Mead Perry Group will:
Undertake a thorough review of the training and development needs of Council staff, including the conduct of a survey of staff attitudes to range the relevant issues;

Review and analyse data, investigate appropriate training and development programs and providers; and
Report on the findings and include necessary recommendations which allows management to make informed decisions.
In addition, Mead Perry Group have developed a database called ‘Skills Manager’ which is able to provide historical and future information on:
Licence details for machinery;
Training programs; and
