Our Retainer Agreements ensure that growing demand for our services does not interfere with our capacity to service an organisation’s needs. Our Retainer Agreements benefits both parties, with Councils accessing quality support when they need it at a reduced (20%) rate.
This arrangement benefits both parties, with clients able to better manage fluctuating workloads and deal effectively with complex matters as they arise, thereby improving organisational performance and service to their community.
Mead Perry Group Retainer Agreements are typically set up for a twelve-month period and include short consultations throughout the year at no extra charge. Our Senior Consultants will also be available (within reason) by telephone or email to provide support and advice to an organisation on minor matters or consultations of less than one hour.
Regular monthly telephone calls also ensure an organisation is receiving maximum benefit from this arrangement, along with quarterly reports and 10 days consultation, training or project work at no extra charge.
